抗体靶标：TOMM20，全称为线粒体外膜转位酶20，是一种参与线粒体蛋白转运的关键蛋白。别名包括MAS20、MOM19和TOM20。TOMM20蛋白通过与线粒体靶向信号结合，促进蛋白质从细胞质转位到线粒体，在线粒体外膜上发挥重要作用。研究表明，TOMM20蛋白的表达与多种癌症密切相关，其过表达可促进肿瘤细胞的高氧化磷酸化和低糖酵解，而下调则可通过线粒体外膜通透性和细胞色素c释放诱导细胞凋亡。此外，TOMM20蛋白还与帕金森病等神经退行性疾病有关。目前，针对TOMM20蛋白的药物研发正在积极进行中，包括抗体药物和靶向抑制剂等，以期通过调控TOMM20蛋白的表达和功能，治疗相关疾病。
