nterleukin-15（白细胞介素 - 15，简称 IL-15），也被称为 IL15，是 Research Grade Inbakicept 的关键靶标。IL-15 是一种多效性细胞因子，在免疫细胞的发育、增殖和活化过程中发挥着不可或缺的作用。它在自然杀伤细胞（NK 细胞）、T 细胞以及 B 细胞等多种免疫细胞中均有表达，尤其在激活的免疫细胞中表达水平显著升高。IL-15 在维持 NK 细胞和记忆性 CD8+ T 细胞的存活与功能方面起着关键作用。它通过与细胞表面的 IL-15 受体（IL-15R）相互作用，激活下游信号通路，促进这些免疫细胞的增殖和杀伤活性，从而增强机体的免疫防御能力。在感染性疾病中，IL-15 能够迅速诱导 NK 细胞和 T 细胞的活化，使其有效清除入侵的病原体。在肿瘤免疫领域，IL-15 的重要性也日益凸显。研究发现，肿瘤微环境中 IL-15 的表达水平与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。一方面，肿瘤细胞可以通过分泌细胞因子等方式抑制 IL-15 的功能，逃避免疫监视；另一方面，外源性补充 IL-15 或增强其信号通路，能够激活肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞，增强机体对肿瘤细胞的免疫攻击。
