Anti CDH3/P-cadherin Antibody 克隆号PCA062，钙粘蛋白-3（CDH3）是一种单通道I型膜蛋白，属于钙粘蛋白超家族。CDH3是一种钙依赖性细胞间粘附糖蛋白，由五个细胞外钙粘蛋白重复序列、一个跨膜区域和一个高度保守的细胞质尾部组成。CDH3在一些正常上皮组织和一些癌细胞系中表达。CDH3在连接细胞中优先以同亲性方式与自身相互作用。CDH3参与乳腺癌和前列腺癌杂合性事件的丧失。CDH3突变与幼年性黄斑营养不良的先天性少毛症有关。
