Ipafricept (OMP-54F28; FZD8-Fc) 是第一类重组融合蛋白 (recombinant fusion protein)，由人卷曲-8 受体的细胞外部分与人 IgG1 Fc 片段融合，该片段结合 Wnt 配体，阻断 Wnt 信号传导。Ipafricept 在胰腺癌小鼠模型中与 Gemcitabine (HY-17026) 联合使用可降低肿瘤生长，减少肝脏和肺转移。Ipafricept 表现出良好耐受性的实体肿瘤抑制作用，比如硬纤维瘤、生殖细胞癌、卵巢癌。。
