Anti FOXP3 Antibody，FOXP3 Protein，FOXP3抗体，FOXP3是转录调节因子叉头/翼螺旋家族的成员。FOX转录因子家族是一大类蛋白质，它们共享一个共同的DNA结合域，称为翼螺旋或叉头结构域。FOXP3作为转录抑制因子并调节T细胞活化，其在CD4 T细胞中的过度表达导致活化诱导的细胞因子产生和增殖的减弱。在调节性T（Treg）细胞中，FOXP3对Treg抑制功能至关重要，其表达导致IL-17表达的抑制。FOXP3基因突变导致IPEX，这是一种致命的X连锁遗传性疾病，以免疫失调为特征。FOXP3蛋白对正常的免疫稳态至关重要。具体而言，FOXP3通过DNA结合叉头结构域抑制转录，从而调节T细胞活化。抗FOXP3抗体对于对转录因子活性、多内分泌疾病、免疫调节和DNA结合研究感兴趣的研究人员非常有用。
