PEG是聚乙二醇的常用缩写，是由重复的乙二醇单元组成的复合物。具有高亲水性、无毒、无抗原性且生物兼容性等特点。PEG化修饰会改变药物的物理化学性质，提高血浆半衰期，延长吸收时间，还能影响药物与细胞受体的结合亲和力，改善肿瘤靶向性。在PEG化修饰药物的研究中，PEG抗体是非常重要的研究工具。抗PEG抗体可用于监测药物的药代动力学，包括分布、代谢和排泄以及聚乙二醇化蛋白质或分子（例如纳米颗粒）的质量控制。Antibodysystem PEG系列抗体适用于ELISA、WB和HC。
