W6/32单克隆抗体与人主要组织相容性复合体（MHC） I类，HLA-A， B， c反应。MHC I类抗原与β 2-微球蛋白相关，在所有人类有核细胞中表达，在细胞介导的免疫反应和肿瘤监测中起中心作用。W6/32 mAb可识别HLA-A、B和C位点的产物共享的非多态性表位，并免疫沉淀43 kDa和11-12 kDa链。交叉反应也见于狒狒、恒河猴和食蟹猴。
