增强ANP和BNP介导的信号通路已成为治疗心力衰竭的潜在有效方法。

 

心房利钠肽NPPA/ANP和脑利钠肽NPPB/BNP的受体，它们是有效的血管活性激素，在心血管稳态中起关键作用。在与配体结合时具有鸟苷酸环化酶活性。
