白细胞介素-11（IL11）受体。IL6、LIF、OSM、CNTF、IL11和CT1的受体系统可以利用IL6ST 启动信号传递。IL11/IL11RA/IL6ST复合物可能参与控制成骨祖细胞或其他间充质细胞的增殖和/或分化（可能）。对颅面骨骼和牙齿的正常发育至关重要。限制缝合线融合和牙齿数量。IL11受体（sIL11RA）的可溶形式，可作为IL11活性的激动剂。IL11：sIL11RA复合物与细胞表面的IL6ST/gp130结合，并在不表达膜结合的IL11RA的细胞上诱导信号传导，该过程称为IL11转导。IL11受体（sIL11RA）的可溶形式，可作为IL11活性的激动剂。IL11：sIL11RA复合物与细胞表面的IL6ST/gp130结合，并在不表达膜结合的IL11RA的细胞上诱导信号传导，该过程称为IL11转导。
