Anti-Mouse CD25/IL2RA Antibody (PC61/PC61.5.3) 是一种特异性单克隆抗体，靶向小鼠体内的 CD25，即白细胞介素 2 受体 α 链（IL2RA）。该抗体主要在活化的 T 淋巴细胞、调节性 T 细胞（Treg）表面表达，且在这些细胞处于活跃状态时表达量显著上升。当机体免疫系统被激活，该抗体能够快速且特异性地与 CD25 紧密结合，阻断白细胞介素 2（IL-2）与 IL2RA 的相互作用，从而干扰 T 淋巴细胞和 Treg 细胞的活化与增殖信号传导。临床前研究和小鼠免疫相关疾病模型实验表明，使用此抗体可有效调节免疫反应，在小鼠自身免疫性疾病模型中，它抑制了过度活化的免疫细胞，缓解了炎症反应，对自身免疫性疾病的发病机制研究以及新型免疫调节药物研发具有重要价值。
