一 、产品描述
Anti DLL3 Antibody ，克隆号SC16.4，DLL3是一种高度肿瘤选择性的细胞表面靶点，主要表达于神经或者神经内分泌肿瘤，包括小细胞肺癌（SCLC）、大细胞神经内分泌癌（LCNEC）、胃肠道神经内分泌瘤（GI-NEC）、小细胞膀胱癌（SCBC）、多形性胶质细胞瘤、转移性去势性前列腺癌、肺神经内分泌瘤等，尤其是SCLC，超过80%的SCLC有DLL3的阳性表达，而正常肺癌组织及癌旁组织中不表达
DLL3属于Notch配体的Delta/Serrate/Lag-2（DSL）家族。DLL3蛋白在肿瘤细胞表面表达，但在正常成人组织中不表达。
